               | Whether as an employee or a consultant, my goal is to develop and maintain an effective
and efficient accounting/human resources system to allow management to focus all of its attention to the effective
growth and development of the company.   There are four major requirements for a wholly effective
system for the company.  These requirements include: 1.  The
accurate and timely transaction processing system promoting a quick turnaround to meet customer, employee and vendor needs. 2.  The centralized and detailed financial and human resources databases for accurate
and timely information and proper government reporting. 3.  The
ability to customize the presentation of financial and human resources information to best meet management
and investor needs.   4.  The effective software and hardware
needed to maximize automation of the financial transaction and reporting process to reduce administrative costs.   With these goals in place a company can
better thrive because it has the timely and accurate information to make the best decisions possible at a minimal cost.
A company will also be better prepared to go the next level whether to be acquired by another company or to go public. |
